Payment
You can purchase online using Google Checkout, with this service you can shop with confidence, Google's policy covers all customers against unauthorised purchases and they do not share purchase history or full card numbers with us. You do not have to have an existing Google account to use this service.
Cheques are made payable to 'My Nappy Cake'. Goods will not be delivered until payment is cleared in full.

Returns
We hope you’ll be happy with your order but if you’d like to send a product back for any reason, simply wrap in secure outer packaging, include the original packaging and include your name, address and reason for return and send it to us within 30 days. We'll process it as quickly as possible and send you a refund or replacement – it's that simple. Please note that personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
