We can offer your business a premium product that is not duplicated through 'High Street' stores. We make it very easy for you to become a stockist of Mynappycake's unique gift product. We will provide all the background and product information you need to know and exceptional levels of customer service; but to be honest the product sells itself!

FAQ
What's the minimum order?
There is no minimum order for cakes.  You can order them individually or in quantities to suit.  We do offer a starter pack for new customers which includes one of each colour and tier (i.e. 10 cakes in total) which is offered with a 5% discount off standard trade prices and free delivery.

What's the delivery charge?
Standard delivery is £4.95 for single three tier cakes or up to 4 posy cakes.  For between 2 and 5 three-tier cakes or 5+ posy cakes, delivery charge is £8.95.   All delivery charges are exclusive of VAT. Carriage paid on all orders over £120.00 (exclusive of VAT).  


Do we have exclusivity?
We do not offer exclusivity to stores according to market territory (as this is anti-competitive in the eyes of the law) however we do monitor area coverage closely and endeavour to maintain the exclusivity of the product by carefully selecting resellers.  


What are the dimensions?
Ring ‘o’ Posies box measurements: 254mm x 254mm x 152mm
Three Tier Cake box measurements: 584mm x 381mm x 343mm


What is the lead time?
We aim to delivery cakes to you within 7 working days of an order being placed, however individual lead times will be confirmed on receipt of orders.


Do the designs stay the same?
Please note that, although the quality will always remain at our high standards, the designs of the giftware for the cakes may vary from time to time due to manufacturers’ stock availability.  Therefore, we recommend that all customers state ‘designs may vary slightly’ within in all marketing material and websites. We will be expanding our range of cakes available to the trade market.

What marketing support do you provide?
All new customers will automatically be entered onto the central My Nappy Cakes website and listed according to region.  This will then encourage customers, who search and find the product through the web, to approach their local supplier.
With all first orders we will supply Nappy cake information cards for display with the cakes.  These cards will have a brief description of the cakes, colours and sizes available, and any other relevant information pertinent to assisting sales.


What are the payment terms?
Payment for all cakes is required at point of order by credit or debit card.  Orders paid for by cheque (made payable to ‘My Nappy Cake’) or BACS will be despatched once funds have cleared.  Credit terms will be considered on a case by case basis.


Do you offer a 'deliver direct to customer service?
We offer a drop shipping service for the three tier cake, this way you do not have to carry any stock. We pack & deliver direct to the customer (UK only). This includes a personalised message card to the customer’s specification and any marketing material you wish to be sent along side.  Orders can be placed via phone or email (payment terms as above). Please quote a 2-3 day delivery policy to your customers on cakes shipped direct. Drop shipped cakes will be invoiced at the end of each month.
